Area of use
- Drainable vegetation substrate for extensive green roofs with very few load reserves (especially for redeveloped buildings or lightweight roof structures)
- As a lightweight substrate base in tall planting beds indoors
Specific properties
- Fulfils the requirements of the FLL Green Roofing Guideline
- More precise information about the weight is to be requested from Optigrün based on the region of the construction scheme
- Very susceptible to wind erosion, therefore use only in conjunction with vegetation mats, e.g. type SM/G
- Has a European Technical Assessment (ETA-13/0557) as part of the Optigrün system solutions
