PITCHED ROOF 15-45°
Greening pitched roofs with anti-slip system S (Cable)
The anti-slip system S is suitable for pitched roofs up to approx. 45° roof pitch. It is generally used for special roof shapes where shear loads are particularly high, for curved or arched roof surfaces or if no shear abutments can be placed at the eaves line.
The advantage of the PITCHED ROOF 15-45° S is that it can be used to extensively and simply intensively green pitched roof surfaces with complicated roof shapes and high shear loads. This shear protection system requires detailed planning and calculation in advance by Optigrün application technology.
The anti-slip system S consists of rot-resistant recycled plastic (sleepers) in combination with strong stainless steel cables as a shear load absorbing component, which are attached to permanently installed holding points at the high point of the roof surface. These fixing points must be individually adapted to the structure.
